• klm is a full service architectural firm. From working with site engineers in site arrangements, to preliminary layouts, to code and ADA compliance to structural design to filing for a building permit to picking the curtain colors, etc. , though klm doesn’t like curtains too much.
• In addition to practicing architecture, klm also devotes time to expert witnessing, claim inspection and litigation experience with positive trial results as well as experience with college level teaching as an adjunct professor at SUNY Orange.
